Walk the talk!
Several years ago, AMT Mozambique initiated an ambitious local content program with a focus on local citizens upskilling.
At the end of 2018 we have signed an agreement with INEP (National Institute of Employment) to create a remunerated internship program to help young graduates from Cabo Delgado gain their first professional work place experience. Commitment was 50 interns over 5 years.
After only 2 years, the project is already a great success with 25 interns trained within AMT Pemba facilities. 5 interns have been permanently employed and the program is now extended to all our agencies countrywide.
We are glad to welcome our new intake of AMT interns and new employees who are now part of the AMT Family!
